Privacy and your data
Updated 3 October 2026.
Who we are
Middlesbrough Decking is a trading name of 360 Media Works Ltd, company number 12691769, registered office Varsity House, C/O A E Scott & Co, Falcon Court, Preston Farm Industrial Estate, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3TS. It is responsible, as the data controller, for what happens to the information you give us on middlesbroughdecking.co.uk. Privacy questions are welcome through the quote form.
Form processing and transfers
The enquiry form is part of middlesbroughdecking.co.uk rather than an embedded third-party form. When you send it, your details go to our own form handler on Cloudflare, which stores them in a Cloudflare D1 database and then adds them to our customer records system, HighLevel, a US company acting as our data processor. That can mean your details are transferred to the United States, protected by the safeguards in HighLevel's data processing terms.
Checking you are not a bot
Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a real person is sending the form, which involves processing basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type. To stop spam and repeated submissions we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address with your enquiry and in a short-lived rate-limit record, never the address itself. No Facebook or advertising pixel is used.
Website hosting and analytics
We use Cloudflare to host and secure this website, so it processes standard technical information like IP addresses. We don't measure visitors with analytics software or use cookies for tracking or advertising.
Some location pages can show an optional Google Maps embed of the area. It loads only if you click to show it, and the map is then subject to Google's privacy policy.
Cookies and browser storage
The form sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Along with what you type, it sends the address of the page you are on, the site that referred you and any campaign tags in the link (utm_ values), so we know where enquiries come from. Our cookies page has the details.
Information you give us
Using the form means sharing your name, phone number, email address, postcode and, if you wish, a message. We need these to get back to you and arrange a quote. The site does not ask you to register.
Sharing your details
Only our own team and the service providers named on this page see your enquiry, and only so it can be dealt with. We do not trade personal data, and we don't let others use it for sales calls.
How long details are held
We hold enquiries for up to two years from the last time we heard from you. After that they are erased.
The legal grounds we rely on
We process your details because you asked us to (steps taken at your request before a possible contract) and because answering enquiries is a legitimate interest of ours.
What you can ask us to do
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to or restrict how we use it. Use the quote form to make a request. We will reply within one month.
Raising a concern
You have the right to complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), if you think we have mishandled your information.
